Communication was very strong with this company. Very professional in every manner. Damage was not there fault I know and yet they still took ownership of the situation. After a month of back-and-forth, with seller in the middle, I finally received the gap wedge. Seller had difficulty with Cleveland golf with whom the problem originated. The communication throughout the ordeal was great as I was apprised of the situation continually. The clubs were new as advertised and represented a substantial savings over the company website. I love these clubs.
