  I was refunded after I asked why my tracking number was being updated. Seller said he would contact carrier, but then my order was refunded. I think the seller never shipped my item. The reason I believe this is that the tracking info only said shipment information received. This means they were expecting the package so created a tracking number but never got the package. Also right after I put in my offer for 20 dollars and it was accepted, the price went up from normally 25 to 30 dollars.
