  Communication: 10/10 Product: 10/10 shipping protection item: 10/10 shipping process: .....not good....it says free shipping...but if you live on usa DHL charge you fees extra then seller doesn't says anything....you have to pay attention on DHL to make that payment until you call them the keep forward delivered...that's the only negative point here.....sorry for us in USA to pay extra shipping from out country but seller need to be more specific on shipping process on USA.

  Was a little nervous ordering from over seas but the product is not available in North America and seems the manufacturer has no plans to release it here. Happy to say I received the correct product exactly as described and it arrived sooner than I expected (about a week)! Seller was quick to respond and upfront about all costs.

  Item was well packed and survived the delivery intact. Not as described! The seller claims that: Included in the Box ROG Zephyrus G14 Sleeve (2024) ROG Fusion II 300 Stylus (ASUS Pen SA203H-MPP2.0 support) ROG Impact Gaming Mouse While actually there were only the sleeve and the mouse included in the box. No headphones or stylus. Not that i care about the headphones, but the stylus price is about 100EUR locally. Everything else was just fine.
