  This seller truly went above and beyond what any seller has done for me in my 15 years of being an eBay member. This seller found that their supplier did not have the purple version in stock, but instead of refunding me, they truly wanted to find one. So they contacted other suppliers and even the manufacturer, Makita. The seller eventually found a purple impact driver for me. They showed compassion and truly wanted to satisfy the customer. I am forever grateful! I highly recommend this seller!
