  General confusion. Seller was responsive. They sent the wrong item. They promised to make it right. After several weeks of back and forth and excuses, I have given up. At least they didn’t ask us to ship back the incorrect item? Not a great experience.

  The item was never shipped and he has almost a week in that situation. He says he has some work issues as I been reading in multiple negative reviews. Hope he give me my refund otherwise I will cancel this transaction and contact Ebay Support.
