  I'm very sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. The Crocs were listed appropriately and all info was present in the listing. The Crocs were just standard size. There was no indication on the tag or shoe that stated they are wide. Given the opportunity I would have been happy to work out this concern. I take pride in making sure that my customers are happy when it is within my control. Even though i have a no returns policy I am always fair with my customers and aim to keep them happy.
