  Best packaging ever!! This doll came wrapped in so many layers of bubblewrap and double boxed, with packing tape sealing everything out. Thank you for caring for the item so much! Shipped asap and was in same condition as described. The doll looks beautiful; her hair changed color during transit because it must have been warmer at some point. Glad to know it works! Yes it was a high price Barbie but its a collector item….though to be honest our daughter will open this and play with her gently!

  I paid full asking price for a German Christmas pyramid listed as undamaged. It was packed carelessly and arrived damaged. The seller responded with refund info but as they are hard to find undamaged I decided to try and fix it. She asked me to let her know. I spent hours cleaning the piece which was covered in sawdust and repairing the broken pieces. I let the seller know the effort it took and asked her to consider a partial refund. She has been unresponsive to multiple emails. Shop elsewhere

  The Item is in new condition. When I opened the package I was surprised only to have one pillow covering when I was supposed to receive two. The seller said she was not aware there was not two pillow coverings because she had never opened the package. I believe her. She also offered me a 50 % refund and I think that was fair for the absence of one pillow covering.
