The seller was very responsive in helping to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out the front panel wiring was the culprit, so I found the documentation and rewired per manual..and it worked! I recommend this seller highly for anything that he carries on eBay!

I was impressed with how the seller packaged the board; the included CPU ensured that the socket pins were protected, and the board was put into a padded envelope, which itself was enclosed in a sturdy box with additional padding. It arrived in great condition, with no signs of damage during shipping. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. High quality, great looking board with good capacitors and no damage. This is a bargain.
