  Took 13 days from purchase to receive item and we are both in Phoenix ! I realize the vacuum was used, but I would’ve thought the bag would have been emptied at the very least. Item was filthy.

  Packaged well, but did not include usb cable or new batteries as advertised. This isn't particularly important, but it is unfortunate when things don't match the description. The screen condition was not noted in the description, so having 4 rows of dead pixels was disappointing.
