  The seller was not honest and introduced the bracelet as 19 cm long but in fact it was 17 cm long. To return the bracelet was a hassle, the seller did not want to issue a return label and asked me to send it back on my own, the seller compensated the shipping cost but refused to compensate the cost of the bracelet. Ebay had to step in and issued a refund.
