  Was under the impression that when you spend $60 on 4 lil placemats 10x14 that they would have batting in between & not look like napkins that’s what I get for assuming & she tells me after to send them back & I would have to pay 15 for the batting & delivery & she would have to make them smaller oh well I’m stuck with them now

  Return buyer asked for custom placemat to match valance. Fabrics pricey per yard let her know expense prior. Told her fabric materials were $30.00 on a $55.00 order complained & purchased anyway. Once created & shipped is the first time inquiring about batting. Listing doesn't state battings added only fabrics & size requested. Informed it wasn't included on shipment day. I couldve added it same day. Didn't want to pay upcharge. After delivered I still offered to add for same fee, she declined!
