  arrived as quick as it could. Very well packed/packaged!! undamaged. put toaster thru it's paces.... worked great - as in, it toasted the two pieces of bread very nicely, evenly, completely, perfectly....at lower setting of 3, then 4, and then 5 (out of 6 setting choices.). We are impressed!!! only the top surface of toaster gets hot to touch....sides remain quite cool comparatively. have not tested other functions - bagel, extra time, thawing.... probably never will. not needed. A+++++++
