  A very helpful seller with great communication. I ordered a selection of rings and recieved them in less than 48hrs from me placing the order. The rings themselves are great quality and arrived nicely packaged in a small padded envelope in perfect condition. They appear just as pictured. Shiny silver and the spring in them is nice and tight so your keys will not come free unless you want them to. They're really good value and I will be saving the seller. Very happy. Thank you : )

  Very nice pens, excellent engraving. Great comms, very responsive to my eBay messages. Unfortunately they took FOREVER to arrive. Not the seller’s fault, as soon as I noticed that the pens hadn’t arrived they raised a ticket immediately with Royal Mail. I’m the end however, it still took the package 8 DAYS to arrive. It would have been faster to have it delivered from Europe! So the only warning I would give is don’t trust Royal Mail to be on time and monitor the tracking closely.

  Whilst I ordered gold rings, unfortunately silver ones arrived which were not what I needed. That said the seller was very apologetic for the error, extremely quick to respond to my messages and did their upmost to rectify the error. Great customer service despite the initial problem and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks again for all your help.
