  Came new in box. I love the food saver brand. This version allows me to seal bags without vacuuming them. I can reseal open cereal and chips bags too.

  When it's actually WORKING, it's great, but the microphone is defective. If you so much as touch it even the slightest little bit, it ends up sounding like you are a hundred miles away and whispering to be heard with insane static in the background. I don't know if this happens with EVERYONE who uses this headset, or if I just got an incredibly defective one or what, but so far, not impressed with this product. Certainly not worth the price tag IMO.
