    We error on the side of the buyer, however we asked numerous times for proof of damage and did not receive a response. We gave the buyer a full refund despite the lack of communication and evidence of the damage. We also gave the buyer a positive review based on their fast payment...which, again, we returned immediately upon their request. We're thankful they didn't give us a negative review for our fast shipping and quick response to their request. Blocked.
