Well, there was about three items that were not in need of repair and were nice. I had a a ton of single earrings, loose beads, earring backs, broken items, watches from fashion junk, the most frustrating thing was the huge rats nest of necklaces that I attempted to work out for hours. I just had to give up and trash the gunk of junk. The price for this kind of stuff isn't equal.

A junk lot, described as tangled with single earrings, pieces and parts with some good pieces mixed in....... Sounds like you got exactly what was ordered. You could have always returned the entire lot to us for a refund. I do have to say though, the photos are also quite helpful. The tangled chains are easily loosened by using a loose shake method, pulling at them only exasperates the problem. Loose fingers slowly working the chains will loosen almost any tangle.Years of doing this taught us!
