  The item arrived in a new condition. There are two pieces of adhesive type, one in the bottom half and on in the lid, that keep the silicon cover around the earbuds’ case. I wouldn’t carry the case by the clip hook outside a backpack, because the silicone case does not have any system that helps hold the lid of the earbuds’ case locked. But the case is better protection than none.
