    The item is exactly as described. It arrived quickly and very well packaged. Unfortunately it turned out that the seller had only one item (3 were ordered) so a refund was issued for the remaining two. The seller 's communication has been examplary throughout.

    My original order was lost by Evri so I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement order by a different courier. Brilliant service and item is of very high standards and looks amazing on the stairs. Very securely packaged as well. Thanks 😊

    Arrived in a huge box. Definitely safe delivery. The matches are exactly as listed in a nice box for storage with a strike patch on the bottom. The price was good. The matches are strong looking as I've not used them as yet.

    A new postbox as advertised, it's substantial in weight and very well made which will look stylish outside my house. Communication with the seller was very positive, I had ordered 2 different colours one which was no longer available. The refund was issued the next morning which was very impressive. The item available was delivered in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this seller.

    Nice product but ridiculous postage charge. I tried to cancel the order with a minute of payment and the cancellation was declined saying the item had already been dispatched. I ended up paying almost double the price so thanks for that. Never will I used this company again
