  These beads were unavailable after I made my purchase but the seller was quick to offer a refund or exchange, which I opted for. The other beads arrived quickly and were very well wrapped and I couldn't be happier with them or the service. Have since made another purchase, which was also excellent.   Great quality, exactly as described. Absolutely fantastic value. I will definitely purchase again! Only problem was that I sent the seller a message as I hadn’t updated my address (which was totally my fault) however it appears they have not recieved it or read the message, luckily I still have family at the previous address so it wasn’t a huge deal.

  I've bought many sets of beads from this seller... the wrong item was sent by mistake this time, but the seller responded immediately 2 my msg & sent the correct item. Unfortunately it didn't arrive, but once again my msg was responded 2 immediately, & a 2nd replacement sent - which has just arrived. The beads are as beautiful as all the other sets I've bought, & I highly recommend this seller

  I received the wrong size 4mm instead of 2mm, Contacted the seller and had a very quick and apologetic response and said that a replacement would be posted, Sadly I didn't receive the replacement beads.
