When I FINALLY received it was only 1 printer in the box!! Had to wait another 2-3 days for the second to show up. This has to be the biggest fuddy-duddy mismanaged seller/store I've ever come across. If u buy from here then expect to get jerked around waiting & wondering when you'll receive what u paid for. We've never heard of a customer complaining that we didn't combine two large items together when they are not even paying for shipping. Additionally, it is not our fault that UPS decided to deliver them separately. We informed you of the shipping delays and you said "okay, thank you." We never jerked you around. We are a small business, not Amazon. Thanks for buying from us!
