  Horrible business model. Both party might have misunderstood each other or at least I did but I immediately repeated my statement but seller decides to ship it out hours later anyway just to make extra $. Not trustworthy dont make my mistake

  Same buyer/order from the other negative feedback. This buyer was explicitly informed prior to purchase that I would not wave postage but that I can offer combined shipping. The buyer paid 30$ in postage and was refunded 12$ in excess postage after the labels were purchased. Buyer also asked me to cancel the order after buisness hours, and after his package had already shipped. I informed him the next morning when i saw his request to cancel that it was too late to cancel the order.

  The shipping fee was $6 and I requested if I was buying the same items multiple times if its ok to waive the shipping fee 5x but instead just once. Both agreed via message then he went ahead and decided to partial refund instead of what was agreed and I requested instead just cancel the entire order. Did not comply and proceeded to generate the shipping label anyway
