  The Mean Well RS-15-5 was in new condition as advertised, but was inadequately packaged and arrived damaged. However, I am not faulting the seller's packaging. The item has a sheet metal cage, the forces required for the shipper to crush it were extreme. Seller promptly refunded the full purchase price and shipping costs. I would do business with the seller again.

  Received NEW 100' spool of SXL wire promptly as described. Packaging in 6 x 6 x 6 box. Excellent value. Not sure that I will use 100 feet of wire, but I had to buy it.

  Item was as described. Packaging was good. The seller worked with me to expedite shipping by sending them a UPS label using my UPS account so they can attach to package to ship. I believe it was a good value for the money paid for the part.
