  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Once they have your money, there is absolutely no communication! No acknowledgement of receipt, progress or return tracking. I am sueing them in order to get what it cost me to get my car fixed by the dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The BCM that was sent to us was defective and had no communication with our programming software. I attempted to diagnose the problem to provide a better solution, which unfortunately resulted in a delay. I have processed a full refund for your order, and I appreciate your understanding.

  The new ESL was great, all I had to do plug it in and reassemble everything. Great communication and fast shipping. Do expect a decent wait time, because you do need ship items to them for programing.
