After 16 days in transit it finally arrived, fortunately no worse for wear. The graded stamp and certificate are in solid shape and a welcome addition to my collection, with the 4th Bureau Issues now complete, 551 to 573. Packaging was good, and the stamp and certificate were as described. An expensive stamp, but a good value given the quality.
