  Fantastic service throughout. Contacted the company with a query regarding a replacement to an item that I haphazardly broke . Adriana was extremely helpful and replied very quickly . Ordered my item the same day and it was delivered a few days later in protective packaging. Would absolutely recommend based on this order and would without question order from again. 5/5*

  Very helpful company. I initially ordered the incorrect replacement freezer drawer, and the owner contacted me prior to despatch, advising it wouldn't fit my fridge freezer model. They refunded me, and advised me of the correct part number to order. Unfortunately the part arrived damaged, but a replacement was sent immediately. Great proactive service, and I would definitely use this company again! Thank you.

  Really very pleased with with this purchase of a replacement fridge door shelf . Branded item, excellent quality, brand new as described. Excellent value and very prompt delivery. I contacted the seller before ordering to confirm it would fit the fridge model I had and they replied very promptly. Great communication and great customer service all round. Thank you very much.

  I found it difficult to source this part that I needed. Over a dozen companies replied to my query. Two said that they could help me. One quoted a ridiculous price. All of the others said they couldn’t help. This seller delivered within four days, not stupidly overpriced and it was exactly what I required. Too marks.

  Parcel arrived on time ,unfortunately the courier dropped the parcel near my front door and the plastic box containing the pressure gauge was broken .The courier apologised and took the parcel and the supplier sent a replacement straight away. The courier was honest ,the supplier quick to respond , things happen in life so all turned out fine. In the end all was good.
