  Apple monitor was unusable due to carelessness and poor packaging. It arrived with a shattered screen, and I quickly reached out to the seller directly to see how they wanted to handle the refund/return. No answer…filed the return request…no answer. I honestly would look for another seller if at all possible.

  Great support! I had the wrong item sent to me and they quickly got back in touch to solve it and sent a partial refund. They also didn't make me pay for return shipping.The item came exactly as it was described. It came with a lot of shipping protection. Works like it was described.

  the quality was great and condition was great and value was great and Appearance was great. The truth of the matter is. I didnt realize this was an AM3 not plus motherboard and it is an older version i thought,but i am ok with it. Thanks. maybe i should buy during the day and had more sleep.

  Item arrived practically the next day. At first, I considered returning it, as it had no manual on how to set it up. But, after looking in my electronics drawer, and discovering I had everything missing from the original kit. And the Users Guide was easily found online. Very happy with the purchase.
