The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions. Please read them carefully and you may print a copy for future reference.
Postage and delivery:
Royal mail 2nd class delivery takes around 2-3 working days and 1st class around 1 working day. These days are estimated and not guaranteed. In some circumstances, Royal mail may take up to 15 working days to deliver. If you have not received your order after 15 working days, please contact us. We will arrange to either send you replacement or refund as per your preference. If any item is returned to us due to incorrect address, then the buyer is responsible to pay additional postage cost to resend the item to the revised address. If the buyer wants a refund then postage cost plus £0.35 eBay managed payment fee will be deducted from the total amount.
By the way, we dispatch goods the same working day and sometimes even on Saturday. Each listing clearly shows the cut off time for dispatch or when the product would be dispatched.
If you are an international buyer, please note that the local government or courier may impose VAT, taxes or any charges that are beyond our control and must be covered by buyer. If buyer fails to collect the goods from Custom and if goods are returned to us, we will issue full refund minus postage that we have already incurred.
We offer a generous return and refund policy of 14 days to 60 days. Please check your listing to confirm the return offered on each listing. This, of course, is subject to the item returned in its original condition with the original packaging intact.

As per the faulty item policy, you are entitled to repair, replacement or full refund. Whilst you are returning the product, please make sure that you send us all the original product, any parts along with all original packaging. Without original packaging returned along with the product, we can not process return and refund, repair or provide a replacement. Also, to qualify for a refund or repair, the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please do not use the faulty item policy if you have simply changed your mind after receiving the product.
We will test every item returned to us. In the case of flash memory products, microchip, or any product that can store data, we will test them on a dedicated test system that is not attached to our main network to protect us and our customers from any viruses or malware. The only repair, replacement or refund will be authorised should a fault be found. In case no fault is found, the item will be returned to you at your own cost. This charge will need to be paid before we dispatch your item. If you don’t agree to pay these costs within 1 month of being notified, we may dispose of the items.
In the event of a replacement not being available a full refund or an alternative product will be offered.
