On new items sales an invoice with Dutch 21% VAT included and specified will be provided.
On second hand item sales, VAT will not be specified due to VAT margin goods.

Payment Policy
I will accept Cash, Bank and PayPal payment, credit card payment through PayPal only.
Payment must be received within 7 days (from the auction ended date) or non-paying dispute will be filed to your account.
Insufficient payment amount or information will delay the process of order, please mention the aucktion number and your ebay user name. You may calculate the total by adding up the item price + shipping & handling fee. I'll offer combined shipment whenever possible. It depends to total weight, size and shipping country. Please feel free to request.
Please confirm shipping address clearly, otherwise your item will be shipped to one of your default/registered addresses or billing address. In this case, buyer need to take full responsibility for the cost of item return, re-ship, lost or damage. I will only ship out products after the payment is cleared from my bank or Paypal. Remember, money deducts from your account doesn't mean I have already get your money. Especially international payments per bank may take up to one week.
Shipping Policy
Shipping/Handling do not include just the cost of the shipment. There are additional costs such as additional packing materials, boxes and labor.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping and handling fees. All S&H rates apply for different shipping destinations are listed on the item description.
Shipping and Handling Fee can be reduced when buying and paying multiple items simultanously. Combined shipping and handling fee will depends on total weight, size and shipping country. Please feel free to request.
After I receive your payment, I will process and ship out your order within 4 business days, except weekend or Holiday.
Item will be shipped by various parcel/logistics services, dependent to size, weigt and target country I will choose the most economical one.
Some services provide tracking numers. These can be provided upon request. Buyer may take his own risk of lost shipment.
Delivery transit may take 1-5 business days for E.U. customers & 5 business days or more for other international destinations.
ALL non-E.U. international Shipping Charges do not include any customs and brokerage fees, buyers are responsible for all customs and brokerage fees. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of the product, for rate information; please refer to the shipping company.
No COD service will be provided.
Pick-up is only possible upon appointment. No shipping and handling fee will be charged.
Product Policy
Many of my items do not come with instructions and do require professional installation.
Professional installation for all items is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged or improper use in any way.
Fogging is not a defect in the product. It happen to all lights of all brands. It is physics issue. (It is similar to when your windshield fogs up when you get into the car on cold days)
Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles, monitor resolution, upgrades or supplier change. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. If you have questions, please contact me.
Some items are only intended for show/static display vehicles or for off-road racing vehicles. Please check your local regulations concerning legality within your country.
Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from me any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income, any costs of installation/modification, cost of shipping and handling, or any other incidental damages. Parts are aftermarket and are intended for private use only. Please check your local laws and research the parts you wish to purchase to insure they are the correct items you want to purchase.

According to the new ebay feedback system you can now not only leave a positive or negative feedback, but also anonymously grade my service in detail including the item description, communication, shipping time and charges. it's called DSR or "Detailed Seller Rating". when you give me 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in communication means "Satisfied", ebay however, considers this a low grade. Their standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees, which ultimately get passed on to buyers, and more. In other words, anything less than 4-stars = negative feedback for me. If you are not pleased, please let me know via email and I'll do whatever it takes to make it better.
