1. Shipping & Delivery
 
1.1 Items are usually shipped within 1 working day of cleared payment. (we don’t ship or deliver on weekends)
 
1.2 Once dispatched orders usually arrive within the time frame stated at checkout. In the case of a lost or delayed item we need to wait at least 7 days after dispatch before a replacement can be issued. In this case you may also be required to complete a missing item form to verify that the item has not arrived.
1.3 Should a significant delay occur; we will contact you with the option of cancelling your order.
 
1.4 Our cut off time for next day delivery is 6am. This means your order needs to have been placed and paid for by 6am to qualify.
 
1.5 Next day delivery means next working day so if you order on a Friday before 6am the order should arrive the following Monday.
 
1.6 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order unless agreed in writing. If you aren't home at the time of delivery, The goods are instructed to be taken back to the depot. The buyer is responsible for collecting parcels from the depot.
 
1.7 In the event a customer places an order and later discovers the address they supplied at time of purchase was incorrect it will be the customer's responsibility to locate the delivery. We will only be able to resend the order once the original order has been returned to us.
 
1.8 If delivery cannot be made to your address for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
 
1.9 If your order is over 2Kg and you live in a remote location such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or Northern Ireland, we will levy a surcharge to cover the extra carriage to these areas. Should this be the case we will contact you with the option of either paying the surcharge or cancelling the order. Next day delivery options to remote postcodes may take longer than the usual 24 hours. A shipping quote will be sent before dispatch for postal Zones C-E

ZONE D - Scottish Offshore Islands - HS, IV41-49, IV51 -IV56, KA27 & KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (IM)

1.10 If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods then we reserve the right to store the goods until delivery is achieved and charge you for any associated costs.
 
1.11 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for the amount paid.
 
1.12 On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to us. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred in retrieving the goods.
 
1.13 In the case where a customer rejects their order when our courier tries to deliver it, we will not be liable for any courier charges that then arise in retrieving that order or having it returned to us. In this case such charges will be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer.
 
1.14 If the courier asks you to sign for the goods, then please check their condition. If the item or packaging has been badly damaged or opened, you must make a note of this with the courier when signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.
 
2 Returns.
2.1 We accept all returns within 30 days of delivery date.
2.2 Buyer is responsible for return postage and is responsible for getting the parcel back to us in brand new condition. Return packaging quality is important and we always recommend our buyers follow the packing instructions sent in the parcel.
2.3 Returns must be in brand new unused condition for a full refund.
2.4 Returns are inspected upon arrival and if they are damaged and/or used when they arrive back, goods are partially refunded. (photo evidence is required from us to ebay customer service of such damage)
