In the unfortunate event you were unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can authorise a return, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
To do so, in your eBay “Purchase History” you may choose one of the following options:
- “I have a question about using my item” or
-“I want to send the seller a message” to notify us about any problem or request a return and we will respond at the soonest possible.
Once the item has been returned in its original, unworn condition, with gift pouch/box, we will issue a refund to your Paypal account or offer an exchange if preferred/available.
In case of faulty item, we will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs involved in returning the product.
Goods returned damaged or worn will be returned to you and no refund made. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility – return postage charges are only refundable if goods are faulty or mistakenly sent.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for postal losses on returned goods, so you should ensure to use the appropriate postal service and obtain certificate of posting.
