Now onto the product first the packaging was OK the item shook around the box but the figure wasn't damaged in anyway overall I give the service and product a 3.75/5SKYLANDERS SPYRO'S ADVENTURE CHARACTER PACK LIGHTNING ROD New/damaged packaging (Nr. 384104029498)
