These headphones are not new. The box was opened and taped back, and the internal packaging was missing. This product is open-box at best, but it's definitely not new. However, I still gave this seller positive feedback because the headphones look new and work perfectly.

The keyboard I got was not the model in the description. I reached out to the seller who said they wanted to send a newer version of the keyboard. Appreciated but I did not want the newer version. They quickly let me return the item for a refund (which they do not normally offer) or exchange of product. Overall decent experience. Keyboard sent was nice simply wasn't the one I wanted.
