But to my happy surprise it does seem to help When younger I loved my inversion table but know at 82 I’m more scared of trying it The chiropractor has Traction table. But at home to seem to work very much the same way. For me it works very well. When I wake up with a sore back I put on and pump it up and where it while stretching or just moving around it does the trick. Thank you. I recommend it to everyone to try
