The whole thing was well packaged, the charger and the console is each packaged again. Both the charger and the console were in mint condition. The description was accurate. In my situation, the unit I received was a different color, same model (but without a stylus). I contacted the seller and they offered different solutions, including to send the proper unit free of charge. I had already went on to buy a new stylus so I passed on their offering but I did not expect this level of customer service and for that I am pleased.
