McAfee always offer the auto-renewal option, but there is a 'No Thanks' Button if you do not wish to take this with them. I have checked with McAfee and can see you have successfully activated the key and registered it to your McAfee account. After that, everything is managed from within your McAfee account. Once activated, you would have been able to download and install the McAfee software from within your McAfee online account to your supported device.
