These close firmly, seal flatly around the edges and most don't pop open. If the odd case does pops open it is easily rectified by adjusting the angle of the hinge by applying pressure to it. They also have the straight rims in the centre so I can wrap a label around the case to ensure no accidental openings during transit (other models don't have this). Will be purchasing more. Fantastic!
