I contacted the seller and received an immediate and helpful response. We had a few back and forths as we partook in a comedy of errors and the seller was fantastic. He recalled the item and had already sent off a replacement using my preferred courier. The plant pots themselves were perfect, good and sturdy. But the customer care I received was outstanding.
