After speaking with the seller, They quickly shipped out a replacement with a different carrier. It arrived very quickly. The seller even upgraded the nib as compensation for the problem with the 1st carrier. This seller went above and beyond to correct a problem that was not in their control. I Highly recommend them. Great Job!
