Could it be because they're falsifying the true country of manufacture, with cheap "Made in Canada" stickers? Weak. Get the pedal from someone else and spare yourself the headache.

Also, the pedals are made in China, but the seller covers that on the box with a "Made in Canada" sticker, and then makes excuses about customs giving them trouble (even though I have tracking info saying they received the returned pedal almost two months ago).

It says Made in China on the pedal and the box but the seller covered the latter with a Made in Canada sticker. I received *and sent back* a different pedal that was defective and the return process continues to be a hassle almost two months later. Seller says customs is a pain: maybe don't lie about country of origin and expect your customers to inherit the burden? Super lame.
