Since this movie is about the Exxon Valdez’s disaster, there is a sense of irony here. Ordinarily, I would rate it negative feedback or try to work out a partial refund due to the damage, but in this case, I will give it positive feedback even though the item was in less than pristine condition when it arrived.

Packaging was full of bubble wrap and padding in the box, ensuring safe transport across the country. The mixer and parts are all working, and is ready after an easy clean due to dust mentioned by the seller. Shipping was quick and only delayed one day, bot at the seller’s fault. Overall great value for the product. Would recommend the seller due to transparent item descriptions, fair prices, and functional equipment.
