With this in mind, I ran a F2A fuse at around 5.5A and it blew almost instantly, as it should. In normal use the fuse I am using is not blowing. Two basic things you want from a fuse are that it fuses under overload and does not fuse under normal load. The items supplied appear to satisfy both conditions, so A++++++++ (or GCSE grade 16 ha ha ha). All good. Many thanks.
