super-fi-toys would like to provide you with the best possible customer service. We hope you are delighted with your items.
However:
Returns are welcome if you no longer want or have made a mistake in purchasing any item within the standard 14 days return period. Customers are liable for the return costs in these circumstances. Faulty or damaged goods post charges will be reimburse when the item has been returned and inspected.
Refunds in all circumstances will only be given when the item has been returned safely unopened if no longer wanted and inspected if faulty and in original packaging. It’s important that your returns are in the best possible condition, so please ensure you wrap the item you’re returning securely.
We do not accept unwanted or ‘changed my mind’ items if they have been removed from the manufacturers packaging e.g. Taken out of clam shell or card removed from an action figure etc.
You must obtain a proof of delivery receipt. This is your proof of return and must be provided if the item you are returning fails to arrive at our Returns Warehouse.
Post times are estimated by the Post Office or other carrier service and are not guaranteed, please do not rely on these times if you require your item for a particular date. There are options to ‘upgrade’ the post service should time be vital. Once an item has left us you will receive a system generated email telling you the item is on its way, once it has left us that day it is down to the Post Office or other service to deliver.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the goods to be returned and for us to process your return. The product must be received by our Returns Department within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Refunds will only be given on ‘none delivered’ items when you open a ‘case’ through the eBay system, this is so eBay can rule on the judgement of the none delivery under ‘buyer/seller protection’ policy.
In all circumstances we encourage you to ‘open a case’ and follow the eBay procedures.
No claims can be processed unless these conditions are strictly adhered to.
This refund policy is separate and additional to your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations. It does not affect your legal rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. Contact your local Consumer Rights organisation (such as the Citizens Advice Bureau) if you would like more information on your legal rights.

We receive personally identifiable information from ebay.co.uk only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data we receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address (in encrypted format), telephone number, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, chosen method of delivery. We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.
How we use buyers’ personal information

• process and dispatch buyers’ order/s

We are obliged to provide this data to within 1 calendar month of the request and free of charge. However we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
