Any software installed by the customer on the machine causing viruses or windows file corruption will not be covered. Any damaged caused by the customer or user is not covered within this warranty Any machines that are sent out that are damaged in delivery or arrive with a fault will be collected and replacement sent the next day at our cost. If machines arrive faulty or damaged, they must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
