Your purchased item will be dispatched after payment is cleared.
If item not paid for immediately after purchase, you must pay or inform us within 48 hours, otherwise we retain the right to sell on the product. If we do not hear from you, your purchase will be automatically cancelled after 72 hours which may affect your eBay account.
Our delivery service is efficient, but, estimated receipt times are from eBay & not ourselves: for UK orders if you do not receive within 2-3days from purchase date, you must inform us to ensure we can promptly help.
If you are not happy with our service or item contact us and let us know prior feedback, we will try their best to resolve & ensure you are satisfied.
If there is any bullying, suspicious or unusual activity, we will also conduct a formal investigation (via eBay or 3rd parties) with your details provided.
