1. Guarantee.
All branded items we sell are genuine. We have all the necessary paperwork in hand to back up our claim.
2. Returns.
As business sellers we are fully aware of your rights as a buyer and our rights as a seller under the consumer contract regulations act 2015.
Returns will only be accepted on fragrances which are cellophane sealed and described as such in the listing. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt. You must inform us of your intention to do so by sending us an eBay message/starting a return case. The item(s) must be in the original condition with the cellophane wrapping intact.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances on the following: fragrances which are boxed but not cellophane sealed and unboxed fragrances. Beauty products, cosmetics and skin care products that have been opened cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons.
Returns on sunglasses will be accepted provided that the item(s) is/are returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will not be processed if the sunglasses have been adjusted in anyway. They must be in the original condition and must be returned with the 'accessories' they were sent with.
The return postage and packaging costs will not be reimbursed.
All items are security marked and barcodes are scanned before posting to prevent fraud.
 
3. Items lost in the post or not received.
We keep proof of postage for all items sent. If, in the unlikely event, that the item(s) you purchased has/have not been received, then we will issue you with a refund. However, we will do so once Royal Mail, whose services we use, have confirmed that the item(s) has/have been lost in the system.
For mainland UK buyers, items are classed as ‘lost’ if not received 15 working days after posting and for international buyers it is 28 working days.
We will put in a claim for compensation after this time has elapsed. Once Royal Mail have confirmed that they have lost the item(s), which can take up to 30 days, we will issue a refund. Your patience will be appreciated and we will keep you informed of the progress with the claim.
4. Cosmetics, skin care and beauty products.

5. International shipping to PO BOX numbers:
Unfortunately Royal Mail no longer accept items addressed to international PO BOX numbers BY signed-for shipping. Hence we cannot post/ship to such addresses by signed-for.
