Payment is due at the time the order is placed on eBay unless otherwise agreed to with BakeDeco. If payment is not received within 7 days, a Non Paying Bidder will be filed with eBay.
Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship your item the day payment is cleared. However larger items and equipment that needs to be palletized may take up to 3 business days to ship. Some items are Drop Shipped directly from the manufacturer and may delay shipping.
The buyer understands and accepts that shipping charges are Non-Refundable and will be refunded only in the case of a product missing accessories, wrong product, wrong model, etc. Buyer is responsible to inspect item(s) for any damages upon delivery. If there are any noticeable damages to the item a claim must be filed with the driver immediately according to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Failure to do so will forfeit any claims regarding damage incurred during shipping. If you prefer to arrange shipping please advise and we will prepare the item for pickup by your carrier. If crating is needed it must be paid prior to pickup by your carrier. Equipment is shipped from our warehouse at 6018-15 Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11219.
Local Delivery: If you live within the New York City area and would like to have your item delivered by us we will do so for a fee which will be determined based on your location.
Customer Pickups: If you need your item palletized please give a 2 day notice prior to pickup.
Domestic Freight Shipping: eBay rules require freight quotes to be added to the purchase once you click “buy it now”. However, the buyer needs to contact us for final price regarding equipment freight cost. Please call us at 718-232-7044 and as for our eBay Equipment Dept. Items shipped via UPS or Freight Carrier requires a physical address. PO Boxes are not sufficient
International Freight Shipping: We ship small wares and equipment to most international destination. Please call us for International Freight Cost on equipment at 718-232-7044 and ask for our eBay Equipment Dept.
Feedback
Unless stated in the item description, all equipment that leaves our warehouse is tested and checked prior to shipping or pickup by customer. Nothing leaves unless it is in good working order. If there is a problem with the item once it has been received we will accept returns within 3 days after receiving on the following terms.
