We understand that you would want your items to be received discreetly, so all our parcels are sent in plain packaging with no company labeling at all.

All UK orders are sent by Recorded Royal Mail post at a standard £1.99, which requires a signature on arrival. If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After this time the parcel would then be returned to us.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24hrs (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Should there be a problem with the order, we will notify you of a refund or exchange.

We deliver to most of Europe, all of the United Kingdom, and indeed the USA & Canada. Postal charges vary according to weight of items and destination.

Returns

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with lingerie products. For the goods to be returned if they are not faulty, the following terms must be met.

1. The goods must be unused and not worn.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

6. Postage is non refundable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
