All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently. All Free Economy services are fully tracked, meaning you can track the whereabouts of your order at all times. You will also be able to select a Faster Express tracked delivery option at checkout.
 
DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. For a quicker delivery method, please see the Postage and Payments options on the listing description page. Please note that in some localities and depending on the time of the year, delivery speeds can take longer than advertised. If there has been a delay with your shipment, please use your unique tracking code to determine the whereabouts of your parcel with the shipping carrier. Please also check with your local Royal Mail depot before getting in touch - as many items will be too big to fit through your letter box, this being the most common reason for delay. Please note we are unable to post replacement items, or to offer refunds for non-receipt until 14 days have passed since the date of order. For more details on how to purchase a quicker or tracked delivery service, please see the Postage and Payments options on the listing description page.
 
Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. Please take care to ensure your address details are correct before placing the order as address details cannot be amended later.
 
WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.
 
Please note: we will not be able to cover return postage costs that do not adhere to this process.
 
 
PAYMENT
Please select your desired method of payment at checkout. Selecting PayPal will also allow you the option to pay via card. All prices are inclusive of VAT which will be separately displayed on your invoice that arrives with your product. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us through eBay messages.

Appliance repairs must always be carried out by a suitably qualified engineer or technician. We cannot accept liability for any damage caused or injuries sustained as a result of incorrect fitting of replacement spare parts or mis-diagnosis of a fault.
